Good point. I think that&#039;s part of it. As Bert Johnson discussed in our latest pundits video, the audience for the Republican convention was down from previous conventions.  I don&#039;t as yet have the numbers for the Democratic convention viewership, but I wouldn&#039;t doubt if it had a smaller audience as well.  It&#039;s also the case, I think, that those who are watching tend to be the partisans who are already committed to the candidate, so the convention isn&#039;t really reaching as many potential undecided voters.]]></description>
