Who are or better who WERE the Middle Americans? If we go back a few years (10 or so) they were the ones who had jobs in factories. WHERE are those factories NOW??? China, Mexico, India etc. These closings took place despite the huge TAX breaks initiated by Bush, deregulation, two wars. Unions were decimated. So, a man like Mitt- a union buster- is concerned about Middle America. I would laugh except it is so sad for America.
No matter how hard President Obama tries to bring back middle America it is going to be a tough road. Corporate GREED destroyed in a matter of a few years what took decades to build.
