Thank you to all Peer Writing Tutors who have completed training and who are working so well in classes and drop-in sessions. Unfortunately, failure to complete training will result in your dismissal from your position as a PWT. Dilanthi will hold one more makeup session.  If you still have sessions to makeup, please e-mail Dilanthi times that you are free to attend a session.
  • Remember new PWTs attend 6 sessions (the Org Meeting+ 5 training sessions).
  • Trained PWTs attend, at least, 4 sessions (Org Meeting, Session 1 or 2, and 2 more sessions). Trained PWTS may substitute one lunch or one RefWorks training for one session.
  • All of these sessions (including lunches and RefWorks) are paid.
Whether or not you are trained or new, you must file out the forms distributed during Session 5. You may download these forms (Survey, Future Plans, Evaluation)  on our PWT blog: http://sites.middlebury.edu/peer_writing_tutors/archives/247. Please e-mail the forms back to me.
Keep in mind the following dates:

  • first RefWorks training session coming up on Tuesday, October 21st, from 7-8 pm in LIB 105.
  • second RefWorks session (for those who cannot attend the first session) on Wednesday, October 29th, from 7-8 pm in LIB 105.

Lunch dates are as follows:
