Speaking of playing internet radio stations . . . I don’t know if you’ve heard of Pandora Internet Radio from the Music Genome Project. http://www.pandora.com

You tell Pandora the name of a particular artist/band or title of a song you like and it creates a free radio station with music similar in “melody, harmony and rhythm, to instrumentation, orchestration, arrangement, lyrics, and of course the rich world of singing and vocal harmony.” It’s a service I particularly enjoy, given my rather small collection of music; it’s also a great way to become introduced to artists I’ve never heard of.

But it wouldn’t surprise me if you already know about Pandora!

I listen to 90% vinyl, and almost never listen to cds.
But for listening to mp3s on my sweet stereo, I’m very happy with Airtunes.
