The Office of International Services has recently revised the process for CPT approval. CPT is off-campus work authorization for international students in F-1 status. CPT approval is given for em ployment that is considered an integral part of a student’s program of study. A new application is available as well as a new video on Curricular Practical Training.

On Tuesday, September 23rd from 12:00 to 1:00 there will be an informational workshop in B206. Curricular Practical Training is off-campus work authorization for international students in F-1 status.

OIS will hold weekly workshops on employment issues for international students during fall semester. The first workshop will be on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 from 12:00 to 1:00 in Morse B206. The workshops will vary each week in subject.
