This year we are pleased to announce that we are able to offer a small number of partial need-based scholarships.  Students interested in being considered for a need-based scholarship need to include a letter from their school confirming that they receive some form of financial aid such as free or reduced lunches (in public schools) or a need based scholarship (in private schools).

Teachers. Once again, we ask your help in making this opportunity known among your enthusiastic and talented student writers. Below you will find downloadable application forms. Feel free to duplicate this form. Teachers should give copies to juniors and exceptional sophomore writers who show commitment to their writing.  Each high school in New England and New York may select no more than five student applications, we will accept no more than two to come to the conference.  Students who have attended previously may not reapply. If some of your students are not able to meet the application or conference costs, we hope that your school can aid those accepted to the Conference by providing financial assistance. Faculty sponsors need to check their student applications to make sure that they are complete. All sponsoring teachers will be eligible to apply to be a chaperone.
