New Copyright/Intellectual Property guide

Based on survey responses that indicate some amount of confusion about copyright issues, we will be creating a guide to copyright/IP issues once our new LibGuides instance is up and running.  While this is not a panacea for explaining all the complexities surrounding copyright and fair use in higher education, it should at the least provide a starting point for faculty and students to refer to, and point them to staff within LIS who can work in more detail with them on specific issues.
