- Credit Hour Survey Discussion
- GPA Weight – possibly consider way to count the extra .5 credit hour without the extra .5 weight on the GPA
- Does work of science majors go unrecognized?
- would not change the amount of classes you have to take for a science major
- consideration of changing the language of the resolution

- wanted to survey faculty – only administration has the authority to do so

- Library Open 24-7 during finals
- Riley asked how we feel about $1,300 contribution to LIS for 3 days leading up to finals week – just this semester
- we are offering half of total cost ($2,600)
- need one security guard to control

- putting together a survey for the student body before forming a resolution
- LIS Updates
- Mike – Director of LIS asked us to put together a committee to work on printing quota, wireless issues, and other issues that come up in SGA meetings
- going to look for 4 to 6 students to fill the committee
- 3 more SGA members will also join the committee
- simple application process for student members

- Michael/Old Stone Mill working on bringing up Pass/Fail options for classes
- motioning to create ad hoc committee
- don’t want to get “squashed” again so they will be taking time on how to present to administration
- who is going abroad for JTerm/Spring?

- ways to communicate with students across campus
- want to move away from paper fliers
- way to give emergency messages to entire campus
