SGA Meeting 11/07/10
o Intensive Language and Lab Credit Resolution (SEN-11-07-2010A)
- Intro language courses and lab courses should receive more credit.
- Would like to see 1.5 credits given for intro languages as well as lab science classes.
- Could allow students in intro languages/science lab classes to take 3 classes versus a regularly scheduled 4. (5 credit MAX per semester at Midd)
- Conversation of Pass/Fail could also be discussed.
- Motion to TABLE resolution to discuss with consistencies: Majority For/None Against/ 1 abstention
o Food committee: Continuing meetings with dining services to provide updates for next week
o New Business:
– New subcommittee is present on community council for dealing with missing/broken dishes.
