		<description><![CDATA[This is a great story about one of our most successful efforts to close the loop in our use of natural resources. It&#039;s great to see that we are using our compost to keep our athletic fields in good shape organically. I want to mention too that the Organic Garden uses the food waste compost to grow produce that is served in the dining halls which is a really short closed loop!

And next time I need a read on the ripeness of a compost pile I&#039;m going to ask John Gosselin for his olfactory opinion  :  &gt;]]></description>
