A philanthropy network that supports Middlebury athletes. Go Blue!

You have been an important part of our cross country teams’ progress, and I want to share with you how our season is going so far. The men’s and women’s cross country teams came back to campus in great shape after a summer logging many miles. The first half of the season has been a lot of fun with some great racing and solid training. As the days get shorter and the temperatures begin to drop, we are getting ramped up for the second part of the season: the five-week-long championship phase—including the NESCAC Championships on October 27 at Franklin Park and the NCAA New England Regional Championships on November 10 at Bowdoin College. We are incredibly fortunate that friends of cross country consistently step up to support the team, and I am asking for your support again this year. We need to raise $20,000 to help cover the cost of new team warm-ups, locker room snacks for the team post workout (remember Chipman repeats?), and team meals during the season. With your help, Middlebury student-athletes gain so much from participating in cross country—experiences that last a lifetime and prepare them to fully engage with our complex world. Please take this chance to support our team with a gift today.
