If you like doing research and quantitative analysis with a focus on the social sector and problem-solving, this is a great opportunity for you. The Bridgespan Group is a nonprofit advisor and resource for mission-driven organizations and philanthropists. They collaborate with social sector leaders to help scale impact, build leadership, advance philanthropic effectiveness, and accelerate learning. They work on issues related to society’s most important challenges and on breaking cycles of inter-generational poverty.
The MOJO opportunity is for Associate Consultants (ACs) who are a vital part of the Bridgespan Group’s core consulting strength, working as members of case teams to provide nonprofit clients with powerful data and analyses that identify solutions to their greatest challenges – thus enhancing organizations’ abilities to drive social change. The Bridgespan Group invests heavily in the training and development of each Associate Consultant. While most of the training is on the job, ACs attend formalized training throughout their time with the Bridgespan Group, starting with an extensive orientation program. This is followed by a 10 day off-site program attended by both Bain and Bridgespan ACs from around the world. Bridgespan helps each Associate Consultant build the fundamentals of a successful career: cracking tough problems, communicating solutions with clients and teams, and collaborating with senior Consultants and Managers.
