Bridging the Gap – Attention First-Years!

The Bridging the Gap Internship Program was established to provide internship opportunities for outstanding Black, Hispanic, Native American, and LGBT students who have been historically underrepresented as employees in the financial services industry. Best efforts are made to match the interests and skill sets of the prospective intern to the needs of the business unit in which she/he will be placed.

Throughout the 10-week paid summer program, interns will have various opportunities to network with each other and learn from business professionals from various parts of the Firm. Interns are evaluated at the end of the summer and will have an opportunity to be considered for our Sophomore Internship Program. Interns will be placed in offices located in New York City, Brooklyn, Westchester County and New Jersey. Housing is not provided; however, information on housing options is available upon request.

Eligible candidates must: (i) be currently enrolled as a freshmen at an accredited 4-year institution at the time of application; (ii) have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 (on a scale of 4.0); and (iii) be able to commit to the full length of the internship.
