Position Overview:
We are currently seeking versatile internship applicants for a variety of responsibilities that include but are not limited to phone work, compiling press kits, managing databases and participating in fun and high-energy client projects. Interns will learn valuable skills in the field and will have the opportunity to be very hands on. School credit can be earned if applicable. This position is available immediately for the Spring 2010 Semester and we are taking applicants for Summer internships.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Interest or experience in the communications industry
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Interest in and knowledge of environmental trends/issues and socially responsible business
- Ability to coordinate schedules and plans
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A passion for learning!
