Pilates & Egoscue Method Classes with Nina Vila
- The Egoscue Method gives you the tools you’ll need, for the rest of your life, to maximize your bodies performance in sports, dance or simply get stronger, attaining a more correct alignment, this class is for you
- Pilates will rebalance and lengthen your body with gentle and effective exercises based on using your deep core muscles and the whole body as a unit.
- Taking both classes brings the perfect marriage of mind and body workouts, creating an extremely strong core along with a balanced body, allowing the body to pursue all it’s functions on a very high level.

Once/week (10 classes) for $70 (either day)
Twice/week (20 classes) for $140
