Investment Counseling Internship with Community Investment Counselors:

This is an opportunity to “shadow” our Investment Advisor Representatives by sitting in on investment counseling sessions with clients. Study materials,  as well as discussions with office personnel, would be a resource for further technical information relevant to the field of investment counseling. As part of the Internship experience, the student would have the opportunity to “sit in the client’s chair” and receive counseling regarding his or her own financial planning. Opportunities for a research project of potential benefit the office could be explored as well.

Business and Analysis Internship at Better Middlebury Partnership:
The Better Middlebury Partnership is seeking an intern to finish a project surveying the town of Middlebury business sector regarding attitudes, behaviors and needs and concerns related to retail and the general business climate. The intern will finish distributing surveys and then tabulate the results. The BMP’s mission is to promote and enhance business in Middlebury, to make Middlebury a better place to work, live and conduct busines. This survey will be an important tool in evaluating how to establish priorities for the future.
