One is in place on the Upper level to the north of the restrooms. The second booth will be located on the Lower level, the exact spot to be determined. Reach out and call someone!

In the mean time, we encourage everyone to remember that the library is a public space. If you can take it to the lobby, cafe, or an open room, great; if not, please be considerate of others when you need to use your cell phone in the library.

Of course, the flip side of this is that we also need to exhibit a bit of patience and understanding towards those engaging in brief, quiet cell phone conversations!

We’ll see what we can do to provide it! In addition, we encourage people to take their conversations outdoors so that others can study. Until the weather gets warmer, that might mean fewer phone calls and more productivity–not a bad outcome!
