For our Banner environment, things are really business as usual.  All the parts of SGHE we utilize are still under the same umbrella which means no impact to Middlebury College.  Basically, they will be bringing SGHE and Datatel under the same Higher Education umbrella much like they did when SunGard acquired Banner, DegreeWorks, Advance and Collegis.  Here is a link to the press release for more information:
