| Type of Request | Procedures |

| Room Reservation | Requirements for event set-ups should be given to the Events Scheduling and Information Office (x2885) when reserving a facility for an event. If you do not have a room preference, you should still submit of the room reservation request form. The Events Scheduling & Information Office will locate an appropriate venue for your event as described in the context of the form. |
| Calendar Posting | Once you have a room reservation for your event, you can submit your event information for the calendar at any time.

| Event Change | To change the basic details of an event (time, date, location, or calendar text) simply complete and submit this online change request form. To change other aspects of an event (catering, technology, media services, set-up) refer to our official “how to” page. |
| Technology Support | Once your room has been reserved, contact the Library & Information Services Helpdesk to arrange for technology needs. |
| Media Services | We encourage you to consult with Media Services immediately following receiving confirmation of the event room to allow your event to be pro-actively noted on their staff-planning calendar. Final details of event technology needs should be made at least one week in advance. |
