In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 1990, Middlebury’s Public Safety Office release annual reports on the prevalence of sexual assaults. The classifications shift in 2012 and so there are new categories of violence that are recorded
