Jennifer Bates, Learning Resources Specialist in CTLR’s Office of Learning Resources, will lead us in learning how to retool our syllabi to increase students’ agency and responsibility for managing their classroom experiences.  The goal here is for faculty to learn how to craft syllabi that will consistently free them up to focus more deeply on content and learning.  Faculty are encouraged to remain after the session for a small-group working lunch where they can evaluate and revise one of their own syllabi with the help of a few colleagues.
