Guided Meditation for the College Community
Wednesday Weekly Meditation
12:15-12:45 pm at Mead Chapel
Led by Dean of Spiritual and Religious LIfe Mark Orten
No previous experience with meditation is necessary.
Wednesday Mindfulness Meditation
4:30-5:15 pm in the McCullough Reflection Space (above the Crest Room)
Please join us for a weekly mindfulness meditation group. Together we will practice silent sitting and walking meditation, with brief instructions for both. It is suitable for experienced and beginning meditator alike. Drop-in occasionally or come to them all. Led by Associate Chaplain Danielle Stillman

8:00-9:00 pm on Mondays at the Scott Center, 135 South Main St. (next door to Admissions)
