• Working to get the plotter ready for symposium
• Working on exam schedule
• Weeding project is going well
Davis Family:
• Working on summer hiring
• Lots of tours coming through the library
• Scrambled a bit to fill shifts last week for Janine
• Staff weekend schedule still fluid through the end of the semester
• A lot of people in the building
• No complaints or issues so far with closing the building at 9

Reserves:
• Conference call with Bill and staff at Mt. Holyoke library re. accessible classroom materials
• Attended meeting re. executive salaries
• Spring and summer reserves
Challenges:
• Need three students for summer LS session at Armstrong
• Plotter login not working at Armstrong
• Merger bib/item load caused Millennium to crash, delay in updating records, records in use, etc. Seems resolved now
