Armstrong:
• Very quiet
• Reserves taken down and personal copies returned to faculty
• Summer students have started and are being trained
• Slow ILL
Davis Family:
• Lots of extra time spent analyzing student time sheets the last two weeks
• Time and a half submitted to SEO for exam period
• Lots of returns
• Hired two students for the fall
• Atrium displays all gone for a while
• Training new students
• Thinking about posters to hang for the summer
• Figuring out summer vacations
• Will run monthly lists tomorrow and do stats
• Trained some Digital Learning folks on WHD
Stacks:
• All carrels cleared and checked
• Lots of reshelving to be done
Reserves:
• Working on all forms of BL reserves
• Removed everything from Spring reserve
Challenges:
• The usual claims returned and missed checkins
• Discovered one billing error from April – now fixed
• Prof. annoyed by our language in the billing notice, let us know
