-we will use our regular meetings as the meeting – subs will need to schedule a time to meet (if you’re doing one)

-we will probably lose Will and Kim come May (the last I heard), so we will need to evaluate the sub pool and come up with some creative solutions to get shifts covered. Probably look to hire someone.

-Subs coming in the next three weeks to pull for reserves’

-“The Hunt” item housed at Armstrong – causing some excitement
-a department is buying a conference phone and housing at Armstrong. Will get added to the catalog and be available to anyone.
-Reserves coming in more than usual
JANINE
-Lots of LCDs and dongles out right now
-need some Dell chargers at Armstrong, Janine will work with Shawn to figure out

-EAST project update – survey of collection this Spring with student workers, EAST supplying money
-Carrel day 2/15
-training 4 new stacks students
KIM
-hiring and training new students
-set for Spring
-time sheet submission will be required – part of the student job expectations, can lead to firing if repeated offenders
