Statistics:
• Average daily weekday/weekend day gate count, Davis: 3081/1925 (as extrapolated for Rebekah for a grant proposal, using percentage of total circs per day applied to gate count for the year)
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Nancy out, Shawn holding down the fort
• A few reserves coming in, Dan putting on remotely
• Shawn heads to circ conference Friday
Davis Family:
• Evening activity picking up
• Weekends fairly hopping
• Students still figuring out how to remember to come to their shifts
• Circ schedule public calendar successfully transferred to Libcirc mailbox calendar
• All-Library meeting
• 6-month check-ins will happen in the next two weeks
• 3 new iPads added to collection
Stacks:
• Re-shelving is light, students helping with shift
• Shifting J’s – half done
• Carrels gone
• Planning with Joseph about the carrels outside of 105 going away in January – will try to relocate them on the main floor north, under the mezzanine
Reserves:
• Reserves training with circ students
• Feedback for BL annual report
• A few reserves here and there

Challenges:
• A few weird Eres oddities
• A few weird circ things, probably due to new students still training
