Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Busy, lots of printing
• Reserves trickling in
• Only a few student schedule gaps
• Lots of student shift swapping
Davis Family:
• CARREL DAY: fairly smooth (see issues below), most people happy
• Lots of student schedule swapping, only a few holes left
• Lots of student training going on
• Working with Mary to implement WHD for MIIS
• Bikes may be back in circulation on Friday
Stacks:
• Carrel day – prepped all carrels, manned the desk, updated map
• Keeping up with returns
• Stacks students scheduled and trained
Reserves:
• Reserves stuff coming in still
• Soliciting feedback for BL report
• 10 year work anniversary!

Challenges:
• PS issued no trespass order to patron on Sunday
• A few students missed shifts they didn’t realize they had signed up for
• Carrels: A high number of students who were registered for 500+ level classes were not listed as thesis students in Millennium – Dan submitted a Helpdesk ticket to ask why
• Carrels: Sciences use a 400 level class as the first semester of a thesis class, which doesn’t help us at all. A couple of emails to and from faculty confirming eligibility. We should try to get that practice changed.
• Confusion with a new TA about screenings procedure
