Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks

Statistics:
• 9 faculty billed (21 emailed originally) for $815
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Our recon scout never returned…we fear the worst
Davis Family:
• Footprints ordered for service point trails
• Dongle re-organization continues
• Requesting of available items turned on for the summer
• Penalty points turned off for the summer
• Experimenting with a booking webform
• Starting to think about re-creating all of our existing webforms on the new forms site
• Closer to being ready for MIIS to start using WHD
• Shifting M1-3, will post non-circulating signage to avoid confusion
• Film equipment follow up meeting this afternoon
• Workers replacing equipment in the compact shelving on the lower level
• Jun will be filling in for students on Saturdays during the summer
• Circ student have helped 4 other LIS departments with projects during the inter-session
• Setting up Breadloaf on Thursday
• Starting to see more patrons in the library as LS approaches
Stacks:
• HX weeding is complete, will re-shift HX
• J weeding also done
Reserves:
• Very quiet BL Orion
• All BLSE reserves boxed and delivered to Davison
• Updating Davison Library manual
• Staff schedule set for BLSE
• Reserves coming in for LS and School of the Environment

Challenges:
• Last minute BLSE reserve requests
