Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks

Armstrong:
• Plotter being used heavily
• Helped with media issues
• ILL busy
• Training a number of students
• Nancy survived her plane trip
• Still a few gaps in student schedule
Davis Family:
• All LIS meeting
• Janine out for two weeks
• Students mostly settled in to schedules
• Hired two new students, maybe two more – training underway
• Teaching other departments in LIS to do E-PAFs
• Busy first two weeks, but manageable
• Met with bike-share group – they will get back to us
• Met with helpdesk staff re. fac/staff laptop replacement
• Goals and quarterly update
Stacks:
• Added and shifted new shelf to restricted DVDs
• Fall stacks students hired and scheduled
Reserves:
• Following up on recalled items for reserve
• Online research for copyright guide
• Attended liaison discussion re. curricular tech
Challenges:
• Damaged reserve VHS
• Carrel day
