Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Circs for Davis for May: 7,877
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Taking down Spring reserves
• Students working on reshelving and weeding
• Department coordinators coming this week to work on binding theses
• 5 new workers for the fall
• Cleaned loaner laptops
• Illiad upgraded
Davis Family:
• Reset browsing shelves
• Working on missing items, searching claims returned items
• Requesting replacements for missing items
• 7 new macs added to our loaner pool – replacing older machines
• New summer student training
• Working to get June vacations covered
• Still doing some WHD trainings
• Goal setting retreat – will meet with circ group before July 1 to hammer out our goals
• All assets imported into WHD, all locations cleaned up
• Processed “lost and paid” refunds for books returned at the end of the semester.
Stacks:
• Reshelving going well – should be completed by June 7th
• 9 carrel keys still checked out
Reserves:
• Breadloaf and language school prep
Challenges:
• Still one missing student laptop for which we will probably have to bill
