Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks
Statistics:
• Time the sun was directly over the equator: 7:02 am
• Items on reserve: almost 1,500
• Evaluations completed: 7 of 9 (not to be confused with the Star Trek character)
• Last year on March 19th it was 76 degrees
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Lots of ILL to process (ILL student out)
• Lots of sub requests, some student shifts not getting filled
• Evaluation meetings
Davis Family:
• Evaluation meetings
• Hiring for the summer
• Coverage set for Janine for IUG conference next month
• Afghan dinner with students set for April
• Cleaning up equipment inventory in Mill and on physical items
• WHD demos for various workgroups
• Thinking about training for WHD
Stacks:
• A bit more work on the shift in the H’s
• Catching up on re-shelving
Reserves:
• Quieting down, aside from a bunch of personal copy videos
CT Team: roundtable updates
Challenges:
• Out of Mac chargers at Armstrong
• Starting to get push back from some patrons about penalty points (reminder signs posted)
• Shortage of Mac chargers at Davis briefly each night
