• First week in memory that I have gotten a weekly report from everyone!
• Student sub shift emails so far this AY: 1700+
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Helping with media and computer issues
• Trained new student on ILL
• Trained some Davis students to cover at Armstrong
• Plotter issues
• Lots of student subbing
• Nice compliment for Armstrong staff from Anne Knowles!
Davis Family:
• Summer employment (seriously!?)
• Janine covered Saturday night, Kim and Janine got a rare shift overlap
• Kim testing her new reserve skills
• Major cleaning behind the circ desk Saturday
• New film recommendations poster up
• All LIS meeting
• Attended Education and training team meeting
• Dan attended more management training
• Writing evaluations (3 down, 6 to go)
• Will do stats and lists this week
Stacks:
• Making great progress on backlog of returns
• When that’s done, will continue H-J shift and Music oversize
Reserves:
• Reserves
• Kellam out some this week, Dan covering
Web security team: prepping for “road shows”
Challenges:
• Ebooks on reserve
• Waiting on recalled books for reserve
• High demand for mac chargers
