Armstrong:
• Busy library
• New student trained to do ILL and Nexpress
• BNB shipment done
• Reserves slowing down
• Map class kept staff and students on their toes with map checkins and outs
• Coffee chat with Mike Roy
Davis Family:
• Lots of subs covering for staff out
• WHD stuff
• All self-evaluations done, now just waiting on Dan to finish them
• Lots of activity in the library, but pretty routine at the desk
Stacks:
• Student schedule set
• Catching up on reshelving
Reserves:
• Usual reserve processing
• ERes copyright form updated online
• Updated LS handbook Reserve policies
• VHS conversion policies being refined
Challenges:
• Items loaned to ILL and NExpress have taken the longest to be recalled for reserves. Still waiting on 7 of them.
• Ebook needed for course work only allowed 1 user at a time. No way to figure this out from MIDCAT record ahead of time. Acq and liaison have been looped into discussion.
• Last-minute VHS tape conversion request by fac member created unnecessary chaos over weekend
• Student wanting a laptop for the semester
• Lost 2 stacks students this semester
