• Sign-ups for J-term and Spring
• Planning 24/7 snacks
• Swept all carrels for non-checked out books
• Trying to decide whether to make headphones and chargers daily or keep them hourly (for penalty points)
• Purged “fines paid” history
• Decided to leave “last patron” field of item record turned off (requested on by Ilsley)
