Circulation Services – Circ, Reserves, and Stacks

Statistics:
• Total NExpress circulation for February: 1427 (another new record!)
• Number of months circ went without damage to an iPad: 6
Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
Armstrong:
• Plotter has been disabled because people kept printing non-posters
• Replaced broken headphones
• Busy library
• Met to discuss Faculty Author display at Armstrong
• Science librarian search underway
• Not much reserves activity
• Monthly search list
Davis Family:
• Library is very busy
• We are running out of Mac adapters mid-afternoon. That usually only happens during exams
• Training two new students
• Three have been hired for the summer
• All-LIS meeting
• 60 DVDs circulating each day
• More management training
• Ran monthly lists, stats
• Figuring out how to block Browsing books from going out via NExpress
• Writing evaluations
• Horizon report webinar…zzzzz….
Stacks:
• Guys came to fix the compact shelving
• Sweeping carrels for non-checked out materials
Reserves:
• Stuff still coming in
• Thinking about the summer

Web team: Google analytics, and summarizing usability studies, finished up Silverback tests
Space Team: n/a
CT Team: Planning spring break workshops

Challenges:
• Team training is throwing a wrench in coverage for Friday
• Library doors acting up, making noises
• Broken iPad
