Armstrong:
• Winding down for break
• Frost gremlin infestation
• Armstrong training for circ staff and subs today
Davis Family:
• Carpal tunnel-inducing work in Google calendar inputting the student break schedules
• Circ staff learning how to put stuff on reserve
• OHIC meeting
• Sign-up sheets galore
• New vacuum is great
• Saturdays are busy
• Book sale
• Starting to think about Oberlin stats
• Helpdesk webinar
• Kellam and Chad, staff and student of the month for October – congratulations!
• Working on User Services SLAs
• Map of circ area complete (at the request of ILL staff)
Stacks:
• Returns surging, might need to pull in subs or extra students to reshelve
Reserves:
• Stuff still coming in
• Pondering SLA stuff

Web team: User needs focus groups done – 8 participants (meager)
Space Team:
CT Team: Segue stuff

Challenges:
• Sneaky students trying to work for us after being asked not to work for us
• As traffic at the desk increases, errors increase
• Millennium crashing most mornings right after start-up
• Circulating laptop issues – 4 sent to Helpdesk in the last 2 days. Found one D610 – good grief
