Highlights:
• Celebration lunch – Bon Voyage to Joanne! Happy October Birthday to Steve, Todd, Nancy, Kellam and Morgan
• Review P&P shipment workflow for binding journals at Arms
• 6-month reviews/performance discussions underway
• Drupal training – woo hoo!
• Staffing/schedules: Great team effort training and adjusting schedules and workflows – ongoing work in progress
• Mill Circ: Tweaked reserve loan rules to fix “due at time of checkout” bug
• Student employees: illness
• Web Team: Drupal Training; IA design
• Curricular Technology Team –
• Digital Archives Team – collections on the new Library web site
• Main: Quiet Sunday at Main; Monday, very busy, hectic day, a lot of missing video’s and books;
• Music: Music Lib web page discussions, mock-up of possible MIDCAT training video
• Armstrong: Building/computing activity up; desk activity down; lots of requests to pull, scan and send; printer problems over the weekend, everything working now
• Reserves: Copyright review meeting; service level reviews/proposal; documentation on wiki; passing of the torch and knowledge – many meetings – reserve procedures, copyright, Docutek etc.; changing permissions/ownership of lists/mailboxes; lots of last-week details
• Stacks: routine shelf maintenance projects; carrel project ongoing
• Billing and replacement of long unreturned materials continues…
• Loaner equipment: Self-booking (equipment): drafted proposal re: parameters in preparation for meeting to review system possibilities/options; lost laptop found/reappeared; request for Netbooks in the loaner pool
• Echo Pass – annual renewal
• Guest access for Storr’s Doors – ADA
• 24/7 stats
• LIS Managers meeting
Challenges
• Loaner equipment: Missing equipment accessories that weren’t caught at check-in — expensive to replace
• Reserve Coordinator’s last week 
• Student employees: Illness at all branches affecting coverage and workflow; student family emergency – out for at least 2 weeks at Music; short-handed at Arms making it difficult to keep up with
• Circ staff member missed the All LIS staff meeting, due to student staff no show
