Highlights: (Progress towards Goals, accomplishments)
• End of term projects/tasks – clean-up form LS and BL; preparation for Fall 08
• Stacks – Reshelving flood of returns from summer; tackling BLSE and Main summer reserves
• Reserves – Preparation for Fall 08; reserve media is now back in its place
• Equipment – Piles of returned equipment organized; started to inventory equipment; students cleaned all four-hour laptops; follow-up on assorted equipment returned without various pieces, billing and replacement in process; increased inventory by four camcorders, bringing the Circ total to 11
• BLWC – staffing desk 1 – 5 daily
• 6-month review meetings
• Collaborating with CSO for career collection in Main Browsing
• Self- check – Up and running
• Building wiki
Challenges:
• Ariel still down
• 3M check-in station getting tired…
• Need to call/email HD directly to resolve tech/computing problems so issues get ticketed and tracked – not lost in individual mailboxes
• Equipment returns without all parts
• Readjusting library hours
