Please join us for an evening event in Boston, MA to learn about Harvard Medical School’s Graduate Programs in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. The evening will be hosted by Harvard University’s Dean of Graduate Education David E. Golan, MD, PhD, and Professors David Van Vactor, PhD, and Jason Huestis, PhD. You’ll be introduced to graduate education and the various degree programs at HMS, and learn what qualities graduate schools look for in an applicant. Undergraduate advisors, students and alumni from Bowdoin, Bates, Colby, Williams and Wellesley will also be in attendance.

This event is open to alumni and undergrads. Transportation to Boston, MA is up to the individual. If there is a lot of interest in students traveling from Middlebury, we recommend either renting a Middlebury vehicle, or carpooling.
The tentative schedule for the day is:
- 3:30-4:00 pm – Welcome by Dean of Graduate Education & Orientation of HMS Graduate Programs
- 4:00-5:00 pm – Tour of HMS
- 5:00-6:00 pm – Workshop on Applications to Graduate School & Career Options
- 6:00-6:30 pm – Reception
