Are you having difficulty renting an apartment due to lack of references (for example, first time renters), lack of credit history or previous rental challenges? If so this class is for you! The curriculum covers credit repair and building; spending management skills; setting financial goals; communicating with and understanding the landlord’s perspective; legal responsibilities and much more. Those who successfully complete the course earn a “Preferred Renter” card which can be a significant edge in our tight housing market.
