Therefore, we want to fuel up with foods that will help us feel our best-whole foods!  Eating a diet rich in whole food helps reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease, many types of cancer, and type 2 diabetes. And, eating these foods can help to boost mood.
