July Work/Life Webinar:  Conflict Resolution

This presentation will provide you with the knowledge to recognize causes of conflict, how to facilitate resolution of conflict and how to manage the relationships once the conflict has been resolved. Upon completion, you will know how to spot the causes, know why it is important to resolve conflict, and know the step by step process to gain a better relationship with one another.  Barbara Melton, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has been in private practice in Charleston since 1989.  She is also a SC Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and has been mediating domestic cases since 1989.  She has presented at national and international conferences on topics involving conflict resolution, anger management, and many more topics.  She is currently on the Board of the Assn. for Conflict Resolution for SC and the Mediation & Meeting Center of Charleston.  One of her specialty areas is working with mandated mediations and mediating cases where domestic violence has occurred.  Tuesday, July 9, 2013. 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST.
