HR Update – Time Management for Dalai Lama Lecture

Categories: Uncategorized

The Human Resources office has received a few inquiries in regards to how employees should manage time entry if they are attending his Holiness the Dalai Lama’s lecture “Educating the Heart” on Friday October 12th during their normal work hours.  Employees should plan to follow the general CTO use guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook here: http://www.middlebury.edu/about/handbook/employee/time_away/cto based on their exemption status. Supervisors are expected to support their employees’ requests to attend this event to the best of their ability.

This week’s employment snapshot:

There are currently 20 faculty positions, 22 external job postings, and 4 internal job postings on the Middlebury College employment opportunities web sites.
