We began the transition from Greentree to PeopleAdmin (PA) on Tuesday, June 12. If you are a hiring manager with a currently posted position you should have received e-mail communications regarding what this means to you, over the past few weeks. (For all others, please review our previous blog posting here to see what this might mean for you.)
Our job posting links for staff positions now point to the new environment. We will continue to provide a link to hiring managers to Greentree for the remainder of the month of June for those who are finishing up a hiring campaign and will not need to transition their posting to PeopleAdmin. In addition, you will find a new link to PeopleAdmin on this page, http://go.middlebury.edu/hire, which will allow hiring managers to login and process several different employment actions. We plan to roll out more extensive training options for all hiring managers after we complete our work for Language Schools. In the meantime we will work with hiring managers on an as-needed basis to enter new employment actions. If you need to enter a new requisition prior to the announcement of PA training sessions, please contact the Human Resources office and we will work with you to complete this process in PA.
