We’re trying something new – a summer session of Pilates classes with Nina Vila!
For College ID card holders only: Pilates classes taught by Nina Vila of the Vermont Center for Classical Pilates. Pilates exercises focus on the deep core/torso muscles, with careful attention to breath and alignment of the spine, for a total-body workout. Great for strength, flexibility, and conditioning. Newcomers welcome. Summer classes will be held on Tuesdays, 12:10-1 p.m., May 24-June 28 (six weeks total), at the Mahaney Center for the Arts, Dance Studio (room 109). Registration closes May 18.
