To the Middlebury Community,
As you may know, Middlebury is undergoing its scheduled reaccreditation review this year. As part of this process we have conducted a thorough review of the College, including all its programs, resulting in a lengthy report. I am writing to let you know that the current draft of this self study is now available to the Middlebury community. The report will be available for review until April 18. Please view the document through the link below. After logging in, you will be able to view the entire document and individual chapters and submit feedback either online or by sending an e-mail to reaccreditation@middlebury.edu. Information about upcoming open meetings at Middlebury and at the Monterey Institute will be emailed separately.

Once we have incorporated feedback from the community, the final version of the self study will be sent to the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). The review team will read this report prior to their campus visits.
Many people from all of Middlebury’s programs have participated in this process thus far. I especially want to thank those who have served on the Steering Committee and subcommittees for all of their hard work. The College greatly appreciates these contributions. We are eager to hear from others in the Middlebury community, as well, and we look forward to receiving your feedback.
