We are pleased to announce that we have been able to obtain additional vaccine from our distributor. We have additional time slots available for the Flu Shot Clinic that is being held on Wednesday, October 13th , from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Mitchell Green Lounge.
The link below will be activated tomorrow, Tuesday October 12th at 7:00am. You will not be able to access the link below and sign up for a flu shot until that time.
Remember that when you click on an “Empty” time slot and you have entered your name and pass code, be sure to click on the “confirm” button. This will be your only confirmation that you have signed up. You will not receive a confirmation email so be sure to keep track of your sign up time.
Please note that once all the time slots are “taken” we will not be offering any additional time slots
nor will we be placing individuals on a waiting list.
Again, as previously stated the site will remain active until Tuesday, October 12th at 3:00pm.
